The Claddagh Fund
The Claddagh Fund is the charitable foundation of the Dropkick Murphys, founded in 2009 by band frontman, Ken Casey. The Claddagh Fund honors the three attributes of the Claddagh Ring: Friendship, Love & Loyalty.
Our Mission
Our mission is to raise money for the most underfunded non-profit organizations that support the vulnerable populations in our communities.
The hands in the Claddagh ring represent friendship. We believe FRIENDSHIP is the crux of a community and have dedicated our cause to helping the local vulnerable populations in need. We hope you'll become a friend of the Claddagh Fund.
The heart in the Claddagh ring represents love. We share our good fortune and LOVE by granting funds to charitable organizations that champion the needs of children, veterans and individuals suffering from alcohol and drug addiction.
The crown in the Claddagh ring represents loyalty. We rely on the LOYALTY to the Dropkick Murphys, the commitment of our friends in the US & communities throughout the world to help us give back to the most underfunded charities.
